Heres a stylish way to make either hot coffee or a popular Cold Brew. It is super clean and easy. For hot coffee, fill the filter with 6-tablespoons of coarsely ground coffee, add hot (not boiling) water, stir, and place lid on top. Allow to steep to your liking (3-minutes to 4-minutes). Lift filter out if you wish to stop the brewing process, and serve.
For cold brew concentrate, fill with 2.25 oz. of coarsely ground coffee, add cold water, stir, and place lid on top. Let it steep at room temperature for 16-hours to 24-hours; remove the filter and replace the lid. Chill for at least 2-hours and use within 5-days. To serve, dilute this concentrate with an equal amount of milk, half-and-half, or water. Optional: sweeten or top with ice.
