Goldilocks 3.5-Quart Sauté Pan shines when braising, shallow frying, or wilting down greens. It has a generous 9.5-inch cooking surface, ample space for searing. Its 2.5-inch-tall walls keep your food inside the pan and off the stovetop. The pan is made from fully clad, tri-ply stainless steel. The Sauté Pan comes with a stainless steel lid which also fits on our 8-Quart Stock Pot and 10-Inch Skillet. The pan’s main “stay-cool” and helper handles are secured with rivets.

The sauté pan boasts a cooking surface that is similar in size to our large, 12-inch skillet. It’s capable of searing big batches of meat without overcrowding. The 2.5-inch-tall walls are high enough to contain splatter while being low enough to not get in the way when using utensils.

Large capacity means that it can get pretty heavy. The helper handle makes maneuvering the pan both easy and safe. The helper handle is secured to the sauté pan with two rivets.

Versatility is a beautiful thing. The sauté pan’s lid will also fit on our 10-inch skillet and 8-quart stock pot. The sauté pan is the perfect addition to the Goldilocks line up. It extends the functionality of our other pans.

The perfect medium-sized skillet. It’s 10 inches wide at the opening, with a generous cooking surface capable of frying up to 3 eggs. The pan is fully clad, formed from tri-ply stainless steel. The “stay-cool” handle is secured to the pan with two rivets. The lid from our 8-quart stock pot can be used on the 10-inch skillet. 

Fully clad tri-ply construction means each pan is formed from a sandwich of two layers of stainless steel and an aluminum core. This gives our pans the even and quickly-heating properties of aluminum and the heat retention and durability of stainless steel.

We don’t use any coatings on our pans. Why? Nonstick-coated pans are known to degrade after a couple of years, and need to be replaced. Our pans are meant to last and will release food easily with the right technique.
