Return & Refund Policy

We want our customers to always be happy, and we understand that sometimes things don't work as expected.

We accept returns and exchanges only for items that are new, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Used items are not eligible for return or exchange. Damaged or defective items may be returned for a full refund or exchange. All discounted and edible items are final sale.

In-store returns: Bring your original receipt. Within 14 days of purchase, you may return items for a full refund or exchange. After 14 days and up to 30 days, returns are eligible for store credit only.

Online returns: may be similarly returned within 14 days from the date you received your order.

RESTOCKING FEE

Returns made because you changed your mind are subject to a 10% restocking fee and return label fee if applicable, which will be deducted from your refund. This applies to unused items returned for a refund and does not apply to damaged or defective items, which remain eligible for a full refund or exchange. Store credit and even exchanges are not subject to the restocking fee.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN BY MAIL

For unused merchandise: Please repack the item in its original packaging and email us at sales@tarzian-west.com for a prepaid return shipping label, or mail it to 194 7th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11215. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and if your return includes a prepaid shipping label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

For damaged or defective merchandise: Please contact us at (718) 788-4213 between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm EST, every day except holidays, to report receipt of a damaged item. We will arrange for pick-up and either refund you or send a replacement.
