Refund policy

We want our customers to always be Happy and we understand sometimes things don't work as expected.
Unused items may be returned or exchanged in their original packaging.
Damaged or defective items may be returned for full refund or exchange.
All discounted and edible items are final sale.

In-store returns and exchanges are possible with original receipt within 14 days of the date of purchase. Online purchases may be similarly returned within 30 days from the date you received your order.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN BY MAIL:

For unused merchandise: Please repack the item in its original packaging and email us at sales@tarzian-west.com for a return prepaid shipping label or mail it to 194 7th Ave, Brooklyn NY 11215. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and returns that includes prepaid shipping label, the cost will be deducted from the refund.

For damaged or defective merchandise: Please contact us at 718-788-4213 between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm EST, everyday except Holidays, to report receipt of a damaged item. We will arrange for pick-up and either refund or send a replacement.
