Maple, Walnut and Cherry Edge Grain Cutting Board

Cutting boards treated with 2 applications of mineral oil and finished with a mineral oil beeswax finish to give it a nice sheen.  All cutting board sold come with a small container of mineral oil and beeswax to apply to your cutting board when it is looking dry.

The Cherry Carving Board is a classic board that can handle a variety of prep in the kitchen.  The board has a juice groove around the perimeter with a well for the juices to pool.  This is a great function for making gravy and au jus.  The board's surface space is also ample enough for chopping and dicing vegetables.   The Cherry wood will become deeper and richer in color with exposure to light.
