Epicurean Pizza Peels — Epicurean makes its peels from Richlite, a wood fiber composite that is non-porous, dishwasher-safe, and won't warp or crack like solid wood. Available in two sizes: the large 23" x 14" for full-size pizzas and the more maneuverable 17" x 10" for smaller pies or tighter ovens.

Bamboo Peel with Folding Handle — The 14" x 16" Bamboo Pizza Peel features a folding handle for compact storage — ideal for kitchens where drawer and cabinet space is at a premium.
