      Emile Henry at Tarzian West

      Emile Henry has been making ceramic bakeware in Burgundy, France since 1850. Their glazed ceramic pieces distribute heat evenly, hold it well, and go straight from oven to table without losing anything in the process. We carry their core bakeware and specialty pieces at Tarzian West.

      Bakers and baking dishes — The Rectangular Baker in 13"x9" and 11"x8" handles everything from roasted vegetables to lasagna to sheet cakes. The Square Baking Dish 8" is the right size for smaller casseroles and brownies. The Loaf Dish is built for quick breads and meatloaf.

      Pie Dish — Emile Henry's ceramic pie dish bakes evenly and holds heat at the table. It presents well enough to go directly from the oven to a dinner party.

      Pizza Stones — The Ridged Pizza Stone 14.5" and Rectangular Pizza Stone absorb and hold heat for a crisp, evenly cooked crust. The ridges on the round stone promote airflow and help with char on the bottom.
