STORE PICKUP POLICY

If you selected store pickup, we'll be in touch as soon as your order is ready, typically same day or next day. 

SHIPPING POLICY

You will receive an order confirmation by email after placing your order. Please allow up to 1-3 days for processing your order (of all in-stock items). Once your order ships, you will receive another email notification with your tracking information. If some item is out of stock we will notify you and offer replacements or estimated time for the item to arrive from manufacturer. Tarzian West primarily uses UPS and USPS.

WHERE WE SHIP

We in the USA and Internationaly. Shipping lengths vary by delivery address. Standard shipment timeframes range from 7-10 business days. If you are interested in express shipment, please contact us at sales@tarzian-west.com

Above $49.99 shipping is free!

Canada- $19.99

Rest of the World $29.99

 

TAX RATES

If your order is being shipped within New York State, the appropriate sales tax will be charged. If your order is being delivered outside of New York State, we will not charge any sales tax. However, you are responsible for any taxes that may be owed to the State where the order is shipped.
