The ICED utility knife with serrated blade impresses with its handy size and long serrated blade. It allows you to effortlessly cut smooth-skinned fruit and vegetables such as tomatoes. Small bread rolls can also be cut easily with this knife.

That's why our German steel blades are heated to over 1000°C / 1832°F and then ice-hardened at minus 120°C / 184°F. This makes them more durable and corrosion-resistant. The weighted handle scores with ergonomic handling and optimum balance. The dark titanium coating provides an elegant look.
