Pancakes, eggs, mini cornbreads, individual gratins, all come out heart-shaped and ready to share.

The cast iron body holds heat steadily for searing, baking, or finishing one-pan dishes. Black satin interior enamel needs no seasoning and stands up to high heat. Safe for all cooktops including induction. Oven and broiler safe. Made in France.
