Cutting Board & Defroster Tray

A prep-station-in-one. One side is a flat cutting board with a juice groove and non-slip rubber edges; flip it over and the other side is an aluminum-alloy defrost tray that thaws frozen meat, fish, or vegetables up to 50% faster than the counter — no electricity, no microwave, no water. Two extras built into the frame: a ceramic V-notch knife sharpener at one end and a zester at the other, so a dull chef's knife or a hunk of citrus never sends you digging through a drawer.
