The Kyocera Adjustable Mandolin Slicer features a double-edge straight slicer. This straight slicer helps allow the Mandolin to cut in half the time it would normally take. The mandolin features a ceramic blade which helps make perfect slices, every time you use it. This slicer can be adjusted from .5 mm to 3 mm in thickness, all with the turn of a dial. It also features notches in each corner which allow the mandolin to sit perfectly on most bowls.
