Maruyama Binchotan Charcoal Dishcloth

A six-ply Japanese dishcloth from Nara's Maruyama Fiber Industry, woven in a traditional multi-layer construction and infused with ultra-fine binchotan charcoal. The charcoal naturally neutralizes odors without chemicals, so the cloth doesn't develop the sour smell most kitchen rags get after a week. Stiff out of the package, then breaks in soft with use, soak in hot water if you want softness sooner.
