Made In's Stainless Clad Rondeau is the wide, low pot for braises, big-batch sears, and Sunday sauces, where a stockpot is too tall and a saute pan too small. Five-ply construction with an aluminum core spreads edge-to-edge heat so a whole chicken browns evenly, and the fitted lid traps steam for hands-off braising. Two riveted loop handles keep it balanced coming out of the oven.
