The Sheet Pan was created in partnership with Chef Matt Horn, the award-winning pitmaster behind Oakland’s Horn Barbecue. It’s specifically designed to withstand the rigor and heat of professional kitchens, making it durable enough for years of daily sheet pan dinners and spur of the moment baking.
Each one is manufactured in the USA from commercial grade 3004 Aluminum to minimize weight and optimize heat conduction. This means cookies, biscuits, and more stop baking as soon as they emerge golden brown from the oven—your best protection against scorched and blackened bottoms. Unlike other cheaply made Sheet Pans, ours features a fully enclosed and rolled rim to act as a levee against juices escaping, prevent warping, and make cleanup easier.
