How to use:

  1. Maintain sharpness (re-sharpening):
    Place blade in stage 2 and pull blade through several times (~7x) from base to tip while applying light, even pressure.
    Tip: Re-sharpen your knife once a week in stage 2.
     
  2. Sharpen slightly dull knives:
    Place blade in stage 1 and pull blade through several times (~7x) from base to tip while applying light, even pressure. Repeat this process in stage 2.
     
  3. Sharpen blunt knives:
    Place blade in stage 0 and pull blade through several times (~7x) from base to tip while applying light, even pressure. Repeat this process in stages 1 and 2.


    Clean knife after polishing/sharpening.
    Clean knife sharpener with damp cloth.
