Triple Rivet Honing Steel 9"

Features traditional triple rivet style handles with full tang. With regualr use any knife will eventually lose it's "bite". Every knife edge has many, very fine "teeth"which can bend to both side of the blade after a certain time of cutting on hard surface. Using a Wusthof steel will realign these teeth and remove any burrsalong the edge. It is suggested that you use a steel before or after everytime you use a knife.
