The Assure Duo Peeler and Paring Knife Set is a multi-functional food preparation tool which will enable you to peel and prep with ease and safety in mind.

The paring knife features the Assure square safety blade design and locks into the bottom of the peeler to keep the knife secure and safe. A plastic blade cover is included for the knife for extra safety reassurance. Simply squeeze the bottom of the knife handle to release the knife. The knife blade has a non-stick coating to reduce cutting friction.

The extra sharp pivot blade peeler is made from stainless steel with the added feature of a potato eye remover. Both tools feature soft touch handles for optimum grip and comfort.
