Made free of plastic components, and with a replaceable head and hook for hanging to dry, all parts can either be easily recycled or composted when they're no longer in use, simplifying your dishwashing routine and minimizing environmental impact.

Horse hair bristles are soft and safe to use on all surfaces, and is preferable for use with more delicate dishware such as porcelain.

Especially well suited for our preferred method of cast iron care: after cooking, use a dry brush to remove any food that sticks, pour out excess fat, quickly rinse with hot water and wipe dry using a clean rag - easy! Re-oil and heat young cast iron after cleaning to build up a stronger seasoning.
