The perfect medium-sized skillet. It’s 10 inches wide at the opening, with a generous cooking surface capable of frying up to 3 eggs. The pan is fully clad, formed from tri-ply stainless steel. The “stay-cool” handle is secured to the pan with two rivets. The lid from our 8-quart stock pot can be used on the 10-inch skillet.
Fully clad tri-ply construction means each pan is formed from a sandwich of two layers of stainless steel and an aluminum core. This gives our pans the even and quickly-heating properties of aluminum and the heat retention and durability of stainless steel.
We don’t use any coatings on our pans. Why? Nonstick-coated pans are known to degrade after a couple of years, and need to be replaced. Our pans are meant to last and will release food easily with the right technique.
