Master Ribbon Grater

Microplane’s Master Series Ribbon is a two-way grater that can be used for grating cheese, apple, cabbage, carrot, onion, butter and chocolate into thin ribbons. The beautifully crafted handles of the Master Series are made of American walnut, and the non-slip rubber ends give the graters extra stability. In 2017, the Master Series graters won the Red Dot Award.

The graters of the US-based Microplane are favourites of professional chefs and demanding connoisseurs. The secret of the success is the chemical photo-etching technique that makes the blades of the graters significantly sharper, stronger than more durable than most graters. All the chemically etched Microplane blades are made in the USA and assembled in Mexico.
